I am an AI language model and do not have personal vision. However, I can provide information on the topic. If you are strongly farsighted, you have difficulty seeing objects up close, while if you are strongly nearsighted, you have difficulty seeing objects at a distance. It is important to consult with an eye care professional to determine the best course of action for addressing any vision issues. **

Additionally, consuming water with high levels of calcium and other minerals may contribute to kidney stones in some individuals. However, moderate levels of calcium in water can also have health benefits, such as supporting bone health. It's important to strike a balance and ensure that water is not overly calcified to avoid potential negative effects. **
